The actual version of PulseAudio installed on Ubuntu 9.04 is 0.9.14. The first step is to install pulseaudio-module-jack.
From here you can download the module:

After several days spent to search a good and complete Electromagnetic Spectrum, I've decided to draw one by me. This spectrum is realized with Inkscape in vectorial graphics (.svg). There shouldn't be mistakes, but if you find some error, contact me in any way.
